FAQ | TRT VENTURE — Event Equipment Hire

Question 1

How do I request a quotation?

Accepted Answer

You can request a quotation by completing the Request a Quote form on this website, or by contacting us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. Tell us about your event, the equipment you need and your preferred dates, and we will prepare a quotation for you.

Question 2

Can I request more than one service in the same quotation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can select one or more services — Tent Hire, Chair Hire, Table Hire and Mobile Toilet Hire — in a single quotation request. Simply tick the services you need on the Request a Quote form.

Question 3

What information should I provide about my event?

Accepted Answer

Please provide your event date, location, town or area, and the type of function (for example, wedding, funeral, graduation or corporate event). For each service you need, let us know the quantity required and any preferences. The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quotation will be.

Question 4

Does TRT VENTURE serve areas outside Thohoyandou?

Accepted Answer

TRT VENTURE is based in Thohoyandou, Limpopo, and serves surrounding areas. Longer-distance service is available by quotation. Contact us to discuss your location and requirements.

Question 5

How do I specify equipment quantities?

Accepted Answer

On the Request a Quote form, each service section includes a field for the quantity you require. If you are unsure of the exact quantity, provide your best estimate and include any relevant details in the additional requirements field.

Question 6

What if I am unsure which tent size or equipment type I need?

Accepted Answer

You can select 'Not sure / Please advise' in the relevant field on the Request a Quote form. Tell us about your event and the number of guests you expect, and we will advise you on suitable options when preparing your quotation.

Question 7

Does submitting a quotation request confirm availability?

Accepted Answer

No. Submitting a quotation request does not confirm that equipment is available for your event date. Availability is confirmed through the quotation process. We will review your request and advise you on availability when we prepare your quotation.

Question 8

Is a quotation request a confirmed booking?

Accepted Answer

No. A quotation request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you have received and accepted a quotation from TRT VENTURE and the necessary arrangements have been made.

Question 9

How are prices provided?

Accepted Answer

Prices are provided through the quotation process. We do not publish fixed prices on this website because costs depend on the equipment required, quantities, event location and hire period. Submit a quote request or contact us directly and we will prepare a quotation based on your specific requirements.
